In a culture largely dominated by men, Samantha Means is a lady and a butcheress. The mission of Lady Butcheress takes what is typically thrown away in butchering jobs and repurposes it to quality products that increase the quality of life.

Dog food is harvested from hundreds of pounds of typical waste that is not usable for customer's ground beef but is perfectly healthy dog food and provides the essential vitamins and minerals for a healthy diet.

Whipped tallow face cream, hand lotion and cooking tallow is made from quality kidney fat Samantha harvests herself from select grass-fed, local, hormone-free, antibiotic-free beef. She includes strategic amounts of grapeseed oil, castor oil, and thoughtfully selected essential oils suitable for all ages and skin types - including babies.
