Butchers are few and far between, and if you have livestock to feed your family you're going to need a butcher. Even if you can't get a butcher date, you can learn how to safely and efficiently butcher your own livestock. At this clinic you will learn:
What caliber of weapon to use to quickly and humanely kill cattle
How to get the cattle from the place of dispatch to a place of processing
How to process the cow and hang it
The various cuts of cattle

Each ticket includes lunch. Basic: Includes all education, hands-on clinic experience. Choice: Includes all education, hands-on clinic experience AND one Victorinox 6-inch pro boning knife with a semi-stiff blade for skinning, one Mercer 12-inch Granton-Edge Cimiter knife for butchering, and one Victorinox round fine-cut butchering sharpening steel. Prime: Includes all of Choice AND one 6-inch flexible boning knife, and one 8-inch Victorinox curved breaking knife.
