About the event


Butchers are few and far between, and if you have livestock to feed your family you're going to need a butcher. Even if you can't get a butcher date, you can learn how to safely and efficiently butcher your own livestock. At this clinic you will learn:


  1. What caliber of weapon to use to quickly and humanely kill cattle

  2. How to get the cattle from the place of dispatch to a place of processing

  3. How to process the cow and hang it

  4. The various cuts of cattle
